Sundowners Zambales is a newly opened 2 hectare beach front resort located in the municipality of Botolan, a town known for the world famous Mount Pinatubo and Tukal Tukal falls. It is the second branch of the Sundowners Vacation Villas group which first started in Bolinao Pangasinan.
Sundowners Zambales is the newest tropical destination in the North that features whitewashed villas by the beach. The first phase of operations will focus on 6 spacious villas ranging from 1 bedroom beach villas to 6 bedroom grand pool villas. The property will continuously undergo expansion as it targets to complete 20+ beach villas, a wedding pavillion and a grand lobby by the end of 2020.
